Been chatting with her. Needs money to get home, etc, etc…I hear the Nigerians are becoming known for this kind of thing. Also now hearing about the Travel Allowance that she needs or she won’t be able to board the plane…

ohhh gawd it is a total scam.. I WORK AT THE BANK AND EVERYDAY someone calls crying cause they sent them money.. come on.. it is a total scam.. don’t send money

The nigerian fraud goes back to the mid 80 when it started quite successfully, now it has been copied by almost every country in Africa. Do not believe one word of this cr….
The travel allowence itself is real (BTA). You can find the regulations on that at the website of the embassy of your country that operates in Nigeria.
But the question is if this person is realy in trouble or just another scammer…………………….
