How to Jump Higher With Single Leg Jumping Form.

It takes time to learn the form and the best way to go about this is daily practice. Most of you are making the adjustments to your vertical jumping form intuitively however being aware of how it works, and practicing your 1 leg jumping form with greater focus on the penultimate step are going to help you improve. what about the hands when u jump without the ball? When i try to jump one legged, both my hands will seem to block my way to jump higher.
Just sprained my ankle when I was finally getting my whole hand above the rim at only 6ft, it really sucks. With a 7ft 11 standing reach, I think I’m breaking the 30 inch vert mark, but I really want to get close to the 50 inch mark. I train 2 times each week, and play basketball fairly often but don’t really see any gains so it it possible for anyone to get that kind of vert?
hey man. i have a huge problem. i purchased jump manual but somehow it was locked. i spent 70 dollars to nothing. plz man could u send me the workout? i would be grateful cause i cannot afford 70 more dollars.
if u don’t believe me, i had done the workout of the first day before it was locked. it includes speed rope, zig zags, rim aproaches, medicine ball aproaches etc.
plz help me man.

hey im 16 and can nearly dunk a football however it seems i can just higher from only takin 1 step..rather then running. i think its because im losing all my momentum of two feet as i seen to just run-stop-jump. sometimes my single leg jump is better but recently i have been having trouble in grabbing the rim. do u have any advise that could help me? as i think i have a bigger enough vert i just need to find the right jumping style, also were about do i need to take of from?

I gained over 12 ins on my leap by finishing the training program at jumpmanual[dot]onproreviews[dot]com now being shorter than everyone else is the least thing I have to worry about in a game now, lol
so would that be the opposite leg or the same leg (as the dunking arm)?

one thing Im doing is just playing basketball hard… jumping for rebounds, jump shots , blocking etc … I believe the more you play and the harder you try the higher you get
Try doing your drills unilaterally (1 leg at a time) BUT you need to practice off onel eg ALOT… more than you do off 2 legs. Most people I train like jumping their dominant style and never improve the others.
i can dunk easily off of two feet, but one leg jumping is a little harder for me… what are some more drills i can use to increase my one legged vert?? thanks for the help
