A dating site, far and away. Yes, people can post lies, but if you are any kind of communicator at all you can sniff out the BS within a few emails and phone calls before you get together.

I’d rather meet someone from a dating site. You’d actually get to know more about their personality from emailing them and talking to them on the phone, than sitting across from them for 10 minutes.
Although, the one good thing about speed dating is you see up front who you’re meeting, not some 10 year old picture that some people try to pass off.
Speed dating, you don’t get to talk as much but they can’t lie a whole ton while on dating site they can lie all they want.
