Who Do You Report a Court Clerk to if They Are Doing Something Illegal In, Pa?

Question by rckbttm14: Who Do You Report a Court Clerk to if they are doing something illegal in, Pa?
court clerk back dated a notice of withdrawal of charges after i already paid to take the speeding ticket to trial, then the cop issued another citation for the same incident with increased penalties. The Court Clerk Back Dated state property under the color of law for purposes of influencing outcome in court proceedings. without her back dating the withdrawal he would have to take me to court on a lesser offense. plus i already had paid my money for the initial citation

contact the DA’s office, but maybe talk to a public defender first to see if that is the best way to go
