Question by LOVIN me and life: Does true love find you? How do you stay patient?
I’m not some “happily ever after princess” who believes in fairy tales; however I am positive that somehow, it’ll just happen. I’ve been through enough experiences for me not to be completely jaded yet somewhat hopeful…i guess I’m at an even balance…. it’s not perfect. Realistically, no one’s going to knock out the door and literally sweep you off your feet…there’s a lot of creepy people out there but you have to believe there are few good men (or women). I’m at this point in my life where I don’t just want a “relationship” or just a “boyfriend”…. i want something real and God-given. My plan is that there is no plan…just to focus on me…and in some weird odd twist of faith, if it happens, it happens. I don’t want to try too hard anymore or look too hard…(i’m not saying I’m going to sit on the couch all day). I don’t want to go out and actively look for a guy or have “hopes/expectations” that if I work really hard, I’ll meet someone. I’m not saying I’m not going to do any work but I guess i the opportunity presented itself, I’d take it (if I wanted it). I know it sounds crazy but I just frustrated at people who feel desperate for me. I’ve always been content being single…it’s not perfect but I’d rather try to better myself right now than to be with someone who won’t be as supportive and waste my growth and security on a guy who still doesn’t know who he is and what he wants. I’m annoyed at people who tell me to “go out there” or even suggest “speed dating”… my God.

Question by : On Facebook, is it possible to hide all status updates and invites from a single person?
Let me start off by saying that I know unwanted drama comes with any social networking site–I’m 19 and I just got a Facebook less than 3 months ago–mainly to stay in touch with people from high school. I only use it to chat–and the occasional ‘derp.’

I don’t want to delete people of of my ‘friends’ list–I like them very much and would like to stay in touch in the future… But I do NOT want to read their constant lyric updates, irrelevant life rants, relationship extravaganzas, etc. I truly don’t mind the occasional update–but the majority of the time (with some people), it is too excessive.

I’m currently putting certain people in different groups along the lines of “Current Classes,” “Pen-Pals,” etc. But my main wall is just so cluttered. ::C

Question by *: Whats the difference between a man being called “single” or being called a “bachelor”?
I read somewhere that a man in his 20′s that is not in a relationship is considered “single” but the same man in his 30′s is called a “Bachelor”? Is it because he should be looking to get married? Also what is the dating mind set of a man is his 30′s?

single is temporary and looking, bachelor is permanent and probably… commitment phobic and damaged
